The Law Offices of Alan S. Pierce & Associates is a firm comprised of five attorneys who concentrate in the representation of persons who have suffered personal injuries at work due to other people's carelessness.
Our attorneys are experienced leaders in handling workers' compensation cases before the Department of Industrial Accidents, Social Security Disability claims and personal injury cases due to motor vehicle accidents, defective products and general negligence.
Our mission is twofold:
First, to help clients and their families.
Second, to help prevent other injuries by making accountable those responsible for causing injuries.
Workers' Compensation - We investigate and handle claims of injury in the workplace. We have handled claims involving heart attacks, strokes, psychiatric disability due to sexual harassment, sick building cases, latex allergy, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic pain disorders and many others.
We have won cases before the Department of Industrial Accidents, the Superior and Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court.
Personal Injury - We handle all types of personal injury cases; car accidents, dog bites, wrongful death cases and workplace third-party cases. We utilize trained investigators, photographers, paralegals and attorneys who work with you to successfully handle your case.
Social Security Disability - We handle Social Security Disability claims through the initial application process, reconsideration, and hearing before a Federal Administrative Law Judge.
Our office has successfully handled hundreds of Social Security Disability claims.
Most cases are handled on a contingency basis, which means you pay no fee until you receive money.
