My employer got a stop-work order from your department and has been closed down. Does my employer have to keep paying me?
An employee affected by a stop-work order must be paid for the first ten (10) days lost pursuant to such an order under the workers' compensation law, MGL Chapter 152, section 25C, paragraph 4.
