Alan S. Pierce is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Salem, Essex County and Massachusetts Bar Associations and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and its Board of Governors. He is the former chairperson of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law. In 1995 Governor William Weld appointed him to the Workers' Compensation Advisory Council and he was reappointed in 1998 by Governor A. Paul Cellucci.

He has lectured extensively on personal injury and workers' compensation issues for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. National Business Institute, Professional Education Systems, Inc., Risk Management Society, Harvard School of Public Health and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, among others.

He has written and edited several publications including Massachusetts Workers' Compensation Law, Workers' Compensation And Law and Workers' Compensation Issues and Answers. He currently serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Workers' Compensation and hosts Workers' Comp Matters on the Legal Talk Network.

JANICE SKILLINGS-GOFF

Janice Skillings-Goff is a graduate of the University of Maine. She obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Oregon, School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts, U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the Essex County and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

She has researched, authored and co-authored several treatises and publications utilized by attorneys and state agencies including Aid to Families with Disabled Children in support of a bill presented to the Massachusetts Legislature; Analysis of 1988 Amendments to the Federal Fair Housing Act for use by Massachusetts attorneys.

RICHARD H. SCHWARTZ

Richard H. Schwartz is a graduate of Boston University. He obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts. Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association. For two years he served as a law clerk to an Administrative Judge at the Department of Industrial Accidents.

Judson L. Pierce is a graduate of Vassar College. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School. He is admitted to practice before Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. He has served as the chairperson of the New Lawyers division of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and frequently conducts mock trials for area high schools. He formerly served in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office's Fair Labor and Business Practices Division. His practice is concentrated mainly in the areas of Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Law. Named Super Lawyer Rising Star, Boston Magazine (2005).

DANIEL P. NAPOLITANO

Daniel P. Napolitano is a graduate of Merrimack College. He obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from the New England School of Law. Attorney Napolitano is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts.

He is a member of the Middlesex Bar Association. He is a former Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County and has over eleven years experience litigating workers' compensation cases as in-house counsel to major insurers. His practice is concentrated mainly in the area of Workers' Compensation.

DONNA LOZOW

Donna Lozow, Claims Administrator, is a graduate of Boston University and has worked in the claim's department of two major auto liability insurers. Prior to joining our firm, she was an assistant claims manager for a large insurance company handling bodily injury claims.

She has completed many professional courses and holds the designation of Claims Law Associate.
