Judson L. Pierce has been an Associate with the law firm of Alan S. Pierce & Associates in Salem, MA since 1999 specializing in the area of worker's compensation litigation. Judson is a 1994 graduate of Vassar College where he earned his Bachelor's in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1997. While attending Suffolk University Law School Judson worked in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office's Fair Labor and Business Practices Division and interned at a State Senator's office and also with the Justice Resource Institute. He is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, where he served as chairperson for the New Lawyers Division. Judson also lectured on the topic of worker's compensation law at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and will serve as a Chair for the Seminar in Worker's Compensation in March of 2010. Judson was appointed a Commissioner with the Arlington Human Rights Commission in 2008.
